I wanted to contact you in regards to the outstanding customer service and care that was provided to me by your service department and technician Nick. My Passat was purchased through another dealer back in August. Although I love the car, the service that was provided to me by that dealership was less than acceptable. My experience with Hall could not have been any better. In fact, I picked my car up on March 19th late in the afternoon and by the next morning, Nick had left me a message to follow up on my satisfaction with everything. Outstanding. I wanted to personally thank you, for the customer service I recently received. I brought n my newly leased Volkswagen for its first oil change and had a small issue that I had been extremely concerned with. James was very professional and personally took concern and care to insure that he could address the issue and take care of it at the same time as my service visit. James certainly did not have to do what he did but going above and beyond customer expectations is something I have noticed that Hall?s service department does quite naturally.
