The Volkswagen Passat is one of the only two family-sedan-based wagons currently available on the U.S. market; Subaru's Outback being the other. The Passat Wagon offers sporty handling, engineering excellence, and impressive performance. For 2009, the Passat line-up undergoes a major downsizing and is offered in a single Komfort trim level. The Passat is no longer available with a manual transmission, a V6 engine, or an all-wheel drive. This midsize car is now offered in front-wheel drive only with a single turbocharged engine. |
